  Apparently, this is a sister company to Freeway insurance and Stonewood insurance. Went in to change vehicles since I purchased a new one and got rid of the current one on the policy. These people had no clue what they are doing. It took a half an hour or so before they actually got started because they couldn't figure out how to put in the right password. The guy that seemed to be the supervisor didn't seem to really care if I was helped or not. I won't be dealing with the Citrus Heights Cost U Less insurance ever again. It's probably best that you don't either.

  By far one of the worst place I been to. From the first time I stepped into those doors, the employees there did not seem too eager to do their job. They didn't seem to understand what I needed in my policy and ended up enrolling me back in the same company. Also, the hours they have on their door are incorrect and they won't even be in on Saturday even though their sign says that they are open. On my actual second visit, my wife pick up the same attitude from the employees as I did on my first visit. I also dropped off a couple of paperwork and had pictures of my car taken to be sent off to the insurance company. Here a month later, I still haven't received anything from the insurance company so I decided to give them a call. I found out that my policy has been canceled and all the require paperwork and pictures were never sent. Not to mention, all my mail has been sent to the wrong address which I corrected my first visit there. Never going back to that location again.
