  I honestly wish I could rate this place a zero. Their manager, Marc, signed me up for a credit card without permission. When we entered the store he was on the phone. We explained we just wanted to try the mattress’ to see what type to get and come back another day to buy. After trying out a few, he suggested we look at mattress financing rates. He then gathered my information under that premise and signed us up for a credit card with mattress firm. I didn’t ask nor did I need a card. I found out that he signed me up for one when he handed me the phone and another associate confirmed my credit line on the card! Lesson learned! I will never shop at Mattress Firm and will tell every single person I can about my experience with this location. I’m appalled at how you run your business.

  We went in on my daughter's birthday and surprised her with our desire to buy her a new bed! Our salesman Ward was very friendly and professional, yet relaxed. I had a great experience learning about mattresses, (oddly enough). We are very happy with the purchase we made.
