I needed a car wash and interior vacuum cleaning for my car, so I specifically drove to the nearest Quick Quack car wash (8017 Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA), so I could use their vacuum cleaners. After running my car through a car wash, I attempted to use the vacuum cleaners, and I went from one vacuum machine to another, I parked and re-parked multiple times next to the multiple vacuums, and none of them worked. Some of them had very weak suction, but most of the others simply didn’t work. I then walked around and approached one of the people who was managing the line of cars that were waiting to get in, explained the situation, and all she could say was “I’m sorry, we know about our vacuum problems”. I then asked her to have someone show me which one of the vacuum machines did work, and she couldn’t help me with that. I then asked if she could get her manager to help me, because she was busy with the line of cars approaching continuously. She then went to speak to the manager, and came out saying “sorry”. I then asked her to reimburse me for the car wash because I couldn’t complete the process of cleaning of my car because of no working vacuums, to which she replied that since I already went through a car wash, she couldn’t get me my money back. I then explained to her that had I known that I wouldn’t get a complete service at that location due to no properly working vacuum machines, I wouldn’t have proceeded with using their car wash, and that I could go and get my car washed anywhere, but I specifically drove farther to get to the Quick Quack car wash so I could use their vacuum machines, and asked for a manager again. She went to speak to her manager for the second time while looking annoyed with my complains, after which she came back and supposedly reversed the charge on my credit card. My frustration was high for multiple reasons: me driving farther to specifically use a Quick Quack car wash just to find out that multiple vacuum machines were out of service, and no one let any one of their customers know about it. I then drove away and got on the phone to file a complaint, my first conversation with the phone service member was interrupted (they simply hung up in the middle of me talking), second time I got on the phone, I waited in line to speak to a representative for almost 10 minutes, and when I was finally #1 customer in line to “speak to the next available representative”, the system suddenly stated that I should leave a message because no one was available. The most annoying thing was that I had to call back the third time, wait another 15 minutes on hold (at that point, it was a matter of principle!), the fact that the manager never came out to help to resolve the situation, and that I wasted so much time out of my lunch break to deal with such crappy customer services... I am a Registered Nurse, and I imagined for a moment what would happen to me, or my hospital, if I provided same type of poor quality of services to my patients (who specifically came to us so we could help them get better)? First of all, our hospital would shut down the facilities with broken machines to avoid poor unsuspecting customers from becoming frustrated. Second, we would probably be all over the news/media due to poor customer services, not to mention, I would probably lose my license as well if I treated my patients poorly. So, why is it that the same high standards of care could not be applied to this company? Why is it okay for Quick Quack employees to provide such poor quality of services to their clients? Enough is enough! It’s time to hold all those who provide poor services accountable for their actions. I will post and repost this enough time until someone does something about it. And if you think you could just give me a free car wash just to shut me up without doing anything to improve the quality of customer care services, I don’t want just a fee car wash, I want a quality service for the one I ALREADY PAID FOR! Make your managers get off their asses to go and help their customers & already overwhelmed employees!

Usually super fast carwash! Prices keep going up for monthly members and it's becoming unreasonable if you have more than 2 vehicles in your household. Otherwise its a great service.
