  As a consumer, you expect a company to have great customer service, high standards, to deliver on their promises, and to stand by their product; and Valley Carpet Care delivered big time! Bryce, cleaned my carpet and he is an awesome technician. He came ready to work-full of energy! He was personable and took the time to explain the best plan of action for my carpet cleaning needs. But more than that, he listened to my frustrations as I have a small dog who likes to mark the corners. Although, I had been vigilant about cleaning up behind my dog -the smell of the cleaner and the urine was killing me. Bryce, treated the carpet with magical enzymes, used a heavy duty machine to clean the carpet, and took his time to ensure that he focused on the areas that I pointed out to him. It's been three weeks since my carpet was cleaned, and the urine smell has not returned, the carpet dried in a timely manner, and there was no soapy residue left behind. Sorry, I did not include pictures because my carpet did not have any deep stain issues. I wish Google had smell-o-vision because you would truly understand how well this company cleans carpets. As a pet owner and renter, I was terribly afraid that I would need to replace the carpet in my apartment. However, Bryce saved the day! This guy knows carpets and he enjoys helping customers solve their carpet care needs. I will definitely recommend Valley Carpet Care to my friends and family. Thank you for being such an awesome company-keep up the good work!
