  waited from 1 - 5pm. took day off of work. Guys shows after 6. Super nice guy, but charges me 90 bucks to tell me to unplug my fridge for 2 days and plug it back in. That did solve my issue...for now. I really cant wait until Amazon does takes on in-home appliance repair

  Tech did a decent job. Was friendly however took 3 weeks to repair this time. It was 2 weeks the last. This is their 3rd attempt to repair. The 2nd repair lasted 3 weeks. Sears appliance repaire is a joke and I strongly recommend to buy appliances elsewhere as you will be treated better.
