  They were really nice and have help me out. I had an eyebrow piercing that was fake gold and that didn't go so well. It swelled up and I could get it out. The girl at the front was so nice and was able to get it out after a hard 5 mins. Then about 2 weeks ago I came in after having my eyebrow piercing out for over a year and she was nice enough to test to see if i was still open and there was a little piece of skin blocking it from going all the way through. She was right and she put a plain silver one in for me, for only $10. They have great customer service.
