  GIVE THIS PLACE A 10 out of 10. The staff is every knowledgeable and helpful. There service department is fast and clean. The best prices in town. This is a place where u can really trust that ur two wheeled baby will be in great hands.

  In the 15+ years I’ve been riding I’ve never dealt with such incompetence of a mechanic shop. We took one of our bikes in around the first of September 2017 for a top end rebuild. While I sat for over an hour and waited for pricing the owner Matt proceeded to tell me all about his “Psycho” girlfriend whom he told me he cheated on. He finally gave me a round-about price and said it would take a few weeks. We didn’t get the bike back until the end of December 2017. The owner ended up comping the rebuild because of how long it took. Took the bike home, rode it for less than an hour and the engine Seized up. Turns out the mechanics didn’t clean the metal shavings out before fixing it. We took it back and another 2 months passed before we were called saying it was ready and to come get it. When we showed up the owner charged us $500 for parts and said he was doing us a favor because he comped the original rebuild. When the owner was questioned as to why he was charging us, he became hostile and threatened my boyfriend. The owner never once told us he was charging us anything to fix their mistake nor did we sign a work order. I will not only never go back but I’d never recommend anyone to this place. My boyfriend was a long time customer which is why we took it there to begin with. The mechanics there told us that the new owner runs the place horribly and has cost them a ton of customers and now I can see why. It took over 6 months to get our bike back. I would have rather paid full price and had it done correctly and in a normal time frame than deal with the hassle. We missed the majority of the riding season due to this shops failures. If you want someone that will BS you for months on end, do bad work, not guarantee their work and threaten you than this is the place to go!
